Terms of Use

A creative space, with honest boundaries.

Last updated July 26, 2026

01

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern access to the current HELD pre-launch website and bracelet studio (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live. The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you are a minor, use it only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian where required.

02

What HELD currently provides

HELD provides an interactive way to compose a virtual bracelet, explore material information and attributed traditions, preview approximate sizing, save a private keepsake in your browser, and create a downloadable image card from your design and words.

The current Service does not accept payment, reserve inventory, create an account, manufacture a bracelet, or place a physical order. A future commerce service will have separate purchase, shipping, return, warranty, and product terms before sales begin.

03

Meaning, wellbeing, and material traditions

HELD is a creative reflection experience. It is not medical, mental health, therapeutic, religious, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for qualified care or support.

Stones, colors, symbols, prompts, and traditional associations do not diagnose, treat, prevent, heal, guarantee luck, predict an outcome, or cause a life event. Traditions are presented as optional cultural or historical context. The personal meaning you choose belongs to you.

04

Materials, rendering, and sizing

Material descriptions, colors, three-dimensional renderings, bead counts, wrist fit, and capacity estimates are informational previews. Displays vary, natural materials vary, and physical production requires supplier verification and real-world sizing.

Do not rely on the prototype to verify allergies, metal content, treatment, durability, sourcing, regulatory compliance, or a final wearable fit.

05

Your designs and reflections

You retain whatever rights you have in names, reminders, and personal meanings you create. In the current prototype, saved keepsakes remain in your browser and are not uploaded to HELD.

You are responsible for what you enter. Do not include content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or reveals another person’s private or sensitive information without permission.

Before downloading or sharing a card, review it for reflections or meanings you intended to keep private. If you share a card to another app, person, or platform, your use of that destination and any resulting publication are governed by its terms and your choices there.

06

Acceptable use

You may use the Service for personal, lawful purposes. Do not:

  • interfere with, probe, or bypass its security or operation;
  • use automated means to overload or scrape the Service;
  • misrepresent HELD or use the Service to deceive others;
  • copy or commercialize HELD branding, catalog content, or interface elements except as permitted by law.
07

HELD content and availability

The HELD name, symbol, visual system, software, text, material catalog, and original interface are owned by or licensed to the project and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The prototype may change, pause, lose locally stored data, or be withdrawn without notice. We may restrict use that threatens the Service, violates these Terms, or creates legal or safety risk.

08

Disclaimers and limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HELD and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising from use of the prototype. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

09

Changes and prototype contact

These Terms may be updated as the Service changes. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

During the private prototype, send questions through the person or channel that provided access. The operating legal entity, dedicated contact information, governing-law provision, and any commercial terms will be published before public commerce.
